"Support left me hanging"
I reached out to support i’m still waiting to hear back. It’s frustrating, especially since other companies I’ve used usually at least send a quick reply or update within a day or two. Not the best experience so far.

Everything came back quicker than I thought it would, and I didn’t have to keep following up with anyone, which was a relief. From the way they communicated, I got the feeling they had it handled, and that ended up being true. Overall, it was a smooth, no-stress experience.

"I’ve been using CSC for our company filings..."
I’ve been using CSC for our company filings, the billing has been one of the nicer parts of the experience. The invoices actually line up with what we were told upfront, and they break out the state fees and service fees separately, which I really appreciate. I feel like that should be standard, right?
I did have one question about a renewal charge, but support got back to me quickly and explained it without making it complicated. So far, I haven’t run into any weird add-ons or surprise charges, which makes budgeting a lot less stressful. Maybe I’m just relieved because I’ve dealt with messier billing before, but this has been straightforward.

"Filing mistakes just added to the hassle"
I used CSC Global for a few filings, it ended up being more stressful than I expected. One of the filings had incorrect details, and getting it sorted took longer than I had the energy for. They did eventually respond and help, but after dealing with the back-and-forth, I just felt worn out. I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable relying on them again without double-checking everything myself

"I have to say, the staff at CSC..."
I have to say, the staff at CSC Global seemed like they actually knew what they were doing. They answered my questions professionally and didn’t make me feel brushed off. Yeah, it took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but that’s not the end of the world. Overall, I had a good experience and I think they handled things well

Our account manager has been solid overall. They’re helpful, usually get back to us quickly, and help keep things moving without much hassle. There have been a couple of small delays here and there, but nothing major. Overall, it’s been fine and

"Website felt confusing and a little sketchy"
I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on the website. The layout was confusing, and after clicking around for a while, I started worrying I might be missing something important or getting fooled into the wrong section. It just didn’t feel very clear or straightforward.

They did fix the problem in the end, but it took way longer than I expected. I was kind of waiting around for updates and it just felt a bit slow overall.

I do like using it for keeping track of deadlines, and it definitely helps me stay more organized. But the alerts can be kind of messy, and sometimes they show up later than I’d like, which is frustrating when timing is IMPORTANT...

"Setup worked, but something felt a little off"
The setup itself went through fine, but the onboarding felt slower than I expected. Nothing was completely broken or terrible, but something felt a bit off with the pace, and implementation ended up taking a while.
